As we sell vintage and pre-loved items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference.

Please read each item’s description carefully and review all photos before purchasing.

If your item arrives faulty, is significantly different from its description, or there is an issue with your order, please contact us by email so we can help.

This policy does not affect your rights under New Zealand consumer law.
